As the stock price falls, the Cash Flow is dropping with no reasonable explanation, competition is beating us, inflation eating away at profit and Stankey sends out an email he is focusing on promoting people based on s-x and race rather than relevant qualifications. The guy has no background or skillsfor running this company and his completely inept

Thousands bought T stock believing that the BOD would replace the fake CEO on The Wall of Shame. Then the company would take a new direction towards profitability instead of egomania.

Stankey and Stephenson are losers. Neither is fit to be a first line manager let alone CEO. Time for both to move on!

This CEO is walking talking conflict of fiduciary duty. Same goes for BOD for
allowing this fiasco to continue.

July 22 Barclays downgraded T citing management credibility. In pre market T is down 1.5% more after yesterday's drop. Stankey has no useful background in running T and has been a total failure his whole career mishandled wireless then DTV then Warner now all of what is left of T that he didn't sell off

Folks, it's all going to be fixed by Domain 2.0. You just need to have faith and trust in leadership.

"So Stinky’s performance results are in. He doesn’t meet expectations. He should be fired. Simple,"

No no no, you don't understand this stuff.

He needs to get $30M instead of $20M so his visionary-ness will get even visionary-er.

How much longer will the BOD support Stankey and his agenda? He is not the answer to AT&T's problems. Major cuts coming soon, cash flow is starting to dry up.

Drive the stock price down so layoffs can be justified and money bags can buy low.

It's amazing to think that there actually are people out there who bought this cr---y stock thinking it would go up but knowing full well it was run by the same crew of clowns (more or less) that were resonsible for the TMO fiasco, DTV, TW, and many other fu-k-ups large and small we employees could make a long list of.

The Stank speaks. The stock price drops by 9%

If part of what he said was an announcement of his resignation the stock would have popped in a positive direction in big way no matter how much gloom and doom he spewed about the forward looking financials.

This is just more Stankey bu-----t. If he can set the bar low enough by saying the world is going to he-l, no matter how sh---y a job he does he can argue that he did a fantastic job considering how rough the waters were he had to navigate.

"what ATT is doing by investing in infrastructure in Fiber and Wireless connectivity sure seems like the smart and strategic thing to do even if the returns on the investment are taking awhile to materialize"

Well, T has no choice but to scramble & play catch up at this - they've burned piles of money failing in every sector they've tried stepping into - cloud, media, home security, etc. Stankey's dug himself a deep old ho-e & the only thing he knows to do is keep digging.

No cool pics today awwwwww! Sneakers, funny hats, nothing? He is funny though all the job losses, market value, historically worst business decisions back to back. He’s a PR hound now! And he knows entertainment more than anyone else...

Cash. A firm's ability to generate cash flow is really the only measurement of a company's health. Cutting $2B from the forecast is not good at all. Not good from a health standpoint and not good for uses of cash like employment and capital investment. Connect the dots.

The financial performance of AT&T tells me that post-retirement benefits will be on the chopping block. I think occupational was told benefits through 2023 - better put into the calculus the loss of those benefits after that.

Well, with the previous comments I suspect this will get down votes, but to me what ATT is doing by investing in infrastructure in Fiber and Wireless connectivity sure seems like the smart and strategic thing to do even if the returns on the investment are taking awhile to materialize. But it is worrisome that some of the revenues from government and large business seem to be down.

Stankey is in way over his head. He's has no leadership skills. Waiting for him to leave T, the sooner the better.

What other results can you expect from the CEO on top of the CEO Wall of Shame?

Stink's the winner as the worst!

This leadership lost credibility with the street some time ago now. Which makes it all the more puzzling why the BOD does not demand sweeping changes.
