The constant fear of losing my job. It gets old, does anyone else feel the threat?
Who did their voice of the employee survey, and how did you rate your leadership?
This is the first time in a long time where I just let it all go. Gave disagrees to all major leadership and my own leadership a neutral. Couldn't agree or tend to agree on much of anything. It was as eye-opening to me as it will likely be to... — read more

It’s a new month isn’t it time for the next round of layoffs and asset sales?
Which groups, orgs and buildings? I’m hearing more support centers, finance, marketing, staff and engineering.
Even if the T-Mobile Merger were approved with Stankey and Stevenson it still would have
gotten messed up and Verizon would have been the major benefactor. I am telling you ATT Executives can't shoot fish in a barrel and look like monkeys trying to hump a football. It's just what they do. They have this arrogance like they are somehow a... — read more
Pension Funding Notice
How about some good news for a change. Just saw the Annual Funding Noice for the AT&T Pension Benefit Plan with 2022 figures. Funding Target Attainment at 100.4 Percent. Do not recall ever seeing at or above 100%.
Contractors converted to employees
A few folks I know that are contractors were told they can be converted to T employees. Some are in their 50s & 60s. How can this be in light of layoffs? This is supposedly coming from Legg.

What would have been Stankey and Stevenson's optimal moves going into
the time period leading up to the T-Mobile Debacle and then all that followed? It seems as if they had just stuck to their g-ns and invested in fiber, spectrum, and wireless they would be out in front running with a full head of steam. Appears they... — read more
As of late my elevator is busted but
The TDS elevator is not and it is climbing. I think within a couple of years it will hit the top floor. The building has at least $27 floors.
ATT is catering to a younger less experienced
And less talented workforce. Many mistakes are being made and costing the company lots of money. India and Malaysia are not the answer. How long will this continue? Being set up for buyout by Microsoft, apple, Google, or Amazon.

Shot to the jugular of ATT
If TMobile makes a move and scoops up TDS/USM. Who will strike first? Will Verizon toss their name into the bidding war?
AT&T Stadium meetings.
Can you just picture Stankey marching into stadium meetings? Telling everyone he knows more about football and football stadiums than anyone else. Since nobody respects him or his opinion, they probably have learned the best thing is to ignore him.
Sickening that left over DTV Managers leading/Managing AT&T Employees

Someone mentioned in one of the posts that this company no longer encourages or promotes technical excellence. Yes, that is true but I'm wondering why?

The trains are leaving the station. ATT is a dud, a freighter with a broken rudder and incompetent captain. TMobile and Verizon are Battleships each at and angle during away at the id--tic ATT.

Can someone who has retired explain the advantages of retiring in terms of benefits? Is it worth to wait to retire if you are close to MR75 rule of retirement? Especially for health benefits if you don’t qualify for Medicare.
How much longer?
