Thanks to ACA (aka..Obamacare) that said to the company, how dare you have a “Cadillac Plan”. Was going to surcharge the company 2k+ for each employee unless they changed the plan. Think about that next time you go to select your leaders.

Our employee Healthcare is horrible. They get us coming and going! First they charge us, or overcharge us on the monthly premium. Then we have a huge co-pay when we use our Healthcare. Any company offering this level of Healthcare to its employees should be ashamed. It borders on criminal. Most employees no longer call it Healthcare insurance, they prefer to call it what it is, catastrophic insurance. Don't use it unless it's a catastrophe.

Being in HR, I am so proud of our accomplishments. We get up everyday with the attitude to make at&t the best company on the planet to work for. We are proud to be able to provide a fantastic benefit package that is second to none. Our pay is way above average and the paid time off provides a work life balance that other companies remain envious of.
