Wireless phone service discount cut from 50% to 25%. They were able to get away with this bc some reiterees(wireline guys I guess) were only getting 25 % already. Now they pulled everyone else down to their level. Ouch!!!!

I was in a wireless store in Orange County CA yesterday, and it was empty. Well, except for the four employees standing by the front door waiting for a customer. They weren't happy to find out I was a former employee. WHERE ARE THE CUSTOMERS?

Anyone who has been with the company long enough knows when they change the comp plan we sell more to make to less that is a fact. Managers get pissed because if we make less so do they. Anyone in the trails have any idea on what it will be.

Absolutely no backfill for ANY position in retail. GMs leaving and SMs placed a acting. SS leaving abc managers deal with it plus key holders. More and more work for less and less and less..::
