Wide open loco throttle.

Train crews tell me the trains are so underpowered, that they have to run the locos with a wide open throttle on the main lines just to keep the trains moving. Is this true ?

Grand Junction ,Colorado.

I drove through Grand Junction a few years ago , they had a 100 or so locos stored there. Anybody know how many stored there now ? 1/7/20.

Was told by a reliable source that Strang & Beaumont are on the chopping block for this year. Apparently these folks want humps to switch more than 2500 cars, if you ain't switching that many YOU GONE.

I wonder if we will see a Union Pacific PSR rose parade float this year. With 3 ATR floats behind it so when the leader catchs on fire due to deleted and canceled tasks the other ones will shove it the rest of the way. Go PSR!!!!

Maybe PSR is a good thing for the long term.

Makes sense in a way to get rid of certain employees that never leave a chair when they can double up and cover it all. Hate mail is on the way, just looking at it from an investors point of view.
