Sad to see what Lance has done to this place and to see how arrogant he still is! Your a joke Lance!!!
They are probably having to delete fake reviews from UP foamers. Every time it gets down to 9% it creeps back up to 10 and a bunch of five star reviews pop up. UP has even started begging people in the leadership development classes to fill out positive reviews on Glassdoor.
Glassdoor is manipulating the rating and deleting reviews.
