Usually a softball story like this you could get the local media to publish easy. Not for a company like UP though.

Diversity at Union Pacific applies only to variations in skin pigment. Diversity of thought is crushed at every opportunity. All management must be in lockstep and praise PSR! Fritz and Vena working together to strip dollars from the company and force employees to "do more with less."
