Pretty obvious from that town hall this morning that massive layoffs are in the works. They offered early retirement to 15% of the workforce. To me that means TC needs to cut a significant number of employees. It's gonna get brutal.

Seems it will be tough going forward for a certain race/gender. Not much consideration to the percentage of the labour force they make up.
