Man is this place going downhill fast.
Death by a thousand cuts. A layoff here, a layoff there, more piled onto desks.
Poor or nonexistent leadership. Lack of clear and open communication.
CFO has no backbone.
Hard conversations aren’t being had.
Do less with less.
GO ON SHORT TERM DISABILITY. We all are entitled to 6 months each.

It’s perfect if you want to idle along, doing exactly as your told, if you find a better way you’re told it won’t work because someone above you didn’t think of it. TC talks safely and employee well being, but it’s a show for the public. Believe me after years with them I found out the hard way. Trust no one!
What are you guys talking about? Did I make mistake in choosing this place as my career?
