Seems it will be tough going forward for a certain race/gender. Not much consideration to the percentage of the labour force they make up.

They hired a director of co–worker marriages, apparently there is not enough of married couples working for the company. :)
You got a raise?! We were told no raises this year... but they have no issues getting more VPs and directors on the payroll
finally, good ridden to white males. lol, just kidding, now I can finally get that 1% raise and be made to feel grateful for it. Maybe I should marry one of my co–workers like half the company or I know what will be the kicker and gaurentee poster child status.... white male gets married to g–y in––––––––l co–worker.
