Why am I no longer trying to achieve good performance?
When someone asks me why I'm demotivated and only work the bare minimum, I tell them this: Whoever said the company hasn't told managers to give a certain number of "partially achieved" ratings regardless of performance is absolutely lying. I... — read more
TR - Glassdoor Best Place to Work?
I was surprised to see that TR was considered a Best Place to Work by Glassdoor. Things must have improved significantly since I left. Glad to see this for my former colleagues still at TR.
Morale at all time low
Worker morale is at all time low. Leadership is largely silent. Many workers in the US have been eliminated and replaced with low cost workers in Mexico, Philippines, and India. Support resources have been eliminated. “Do more (work) with less... — read more
TAP or is it ATP town hall tomorrow

Why are you still working hard?
Many know that hard work here means nothing anymore, but they still do their best. Why is that? I have a friend who was one of the best employees this company's had and guess what? This company decided they didn't need him.
No more extra work for free
They simply won't stop overloading me. I have more work to do every week. So far, I have done extra work for free, but I do not intend to further endanger my health and do extra work for free anymore. Admittedly, I would have preferred to have... — read more
Newest Remote Listings Starting To Indicate Pay
What weird timing. I just checked and some of the newer open remote positions are starting to show pay range. The old ones don’t. Interesting that after the post about the violation and we start to see listings with comp. The comp is buried at the... — read more
Did anybody else notice
That they stopped answering all the town hall questions. For a short period of time last year they did follow up emails with questions and answers. Those all seemed to have stopped. I thought this company was all about transparency. Must just be... — read more
Unused time off
Was anybody else unable to use their time off in 2021 due to deadlines, lack of resources and no backup? With the "use it or lose it" policy, TR wins by making people work when they are supposed to be off and not paying for the PTO.
If I'm guaranteed a severance, I'll volunteer to be laid off
I know many people with my amount of years at TR who were extremely satisfied with the package they received a few years ago. If I can get the same deal they received, it would be a no-brainer for me. The only worry I have is that they've cut the... — read more
No clear direction or strategy
If I did my job as poorly as this ELT is doing theirs, I'd have been fired a long time ago. Yet they remain in their positions with huge pay and fat bonuses intact. TR has no direction, no strategy. We have no idea where we'll be next year, let alone... — read more

Breaking Colorado’s Transparency Law
There are several remote positions listed among the 1200 current open roles. However, those that are remote do not show salary information upfront. I believe this is a violation of Colorado’s pay transparency law. Wonder why a company with so... — read more
Promotions
From what I can see, if you want to get promoted you have to be careful not to pi-s off anybody who is even one level above you, because people here remember and will be happy to trip you up over a smallest disagreement. That in itself shouldn't be... — read more

Stop it with the "why do you stay" cr-p
First of all, this is a place to come and vent. If you're shocked to see posts by people who are sick and tired of TR and its cr-p on a layoffs page then that's on you. Second of all, nobody owes you an explanation. Everybody's life story is... — read more
Changing EIN for W-2s in 2022
I received an email that the issuing EIN will be changing for 2022. Seems innocent enough, but could it be getting different units in order for a sale or a spin-off? I’m not from HR though I wish I would have majored in HR, but hindsight is 20/20. — read more
TR in a nutshell

TR will do its best to convince you that you are not worth anything
That way they can control the employees better, if they convinces them that they are not worth much. How many times have you done a great job and ended up feeling like you shouldn’t have done it? That you shouldn't have bothered at all? Proof that... — read more
DEI ... empty words
But the easily fooled "woke" employees love it. Too much soy.
For how long can we live off of past glory days?
My opinion is that TR does just that - - live off the past glory days. If this company doesn't stop living in the past, it won't work out.
Guy who left three months ago looks like a new man
