When I applied here, I knew it would take a lot of work and proving myself. However, I couldn’t have imagined that TR was squeezing its employees this much. Of course, only those with a lack of self-confidence who think they don't deserve anything better are getting squeezed. I think TR is a huge disappointment for most of us...

I was hired into Creative Solutions also. Retired a bit over a year or so after Jon Barron was forced out. Yes, I believe he was forced out. The erosion started almost immediately. Had customers say to me, "Yes you are pricey, but it's damned good products." When I left, it was fast heading the other way.
What more do you expect from a company too stupid to realise its employees are its most valuable asset and that once you kick institutional knowledge out the door through RIFs it’s gone. Also too stupid to see that outsourcing is not as cheap as they think it is with the extra supervision that is constantly required and that labor force continually moving on to better paying jobs. You can only use cost cutting as a means to raise your share price for so long. Something eventually has to give. Makes you wonder what exactly they teach at business schools these days.

When I applied here it was Creative Solutions. A great company with real leadership. Now we have the McKbozos ruining (sic) things. Your being squeezed is my trying to save the great product I helped develop.

Maybe you didn't intend it, but this is a gross insult to the many accomplished professionals who DO have self confidence and think they DO deserve better, but were sabotaged and then kicked in the teeth with a mandated Partially Achieved rating--despite their fine effort and work output.
