That is over a 100 more open roles then last time I posted about it. Hmmm seems like they are having trouble filling these. Wonder why?

Would you want friends and family to be treated the same as you?
Wait until after bonuses are paid out in March. There are likely to be a lot more openings then. How many people have accepted offers elsewhere but negotiated to stay until after their 2021 bonuses are paid out?
TR doesn’t pay what people are worth. All my friends tell me to leave TR for better pay (they already have).
That sounds about right. No career paths or rather decent raises. Why stay when it is better to leave for a 30%-40% increase in pay compared to 1%-3%.
I just wonder if finance and HR have ever run the numbers on if +10% increase in pay every year would actually be cheaper in the long run and produce a higher ROI for stakeholders.
As it stands what the 1%-3% increase tells you is that is what the company values your experience at. Rather there is no value.
From what I’m told the true cost of hiring an employee is about 2x their comp for the first year. Plus lost time for others training and onboarding them.
It’s nuts. Penny wise but pound foolish.
I was talking to a young potential about why nobody wants to work here— the gist is that TR is too cheap, and has a bad reputation for driving away talent.
