There was a team deploying an exciting analytics tool across product and I found last minute on Friday that their director was leaving along with a bunch of other data & finance leaders. I don’t know if these guys resigned after the fat bonus or shown the door. Both leaders in analytics and data teams that I spoke to, left the same day and I feel nervous about continuing my interview with those teams.

My reply this week about how TR should be ashamed was removed. TR leaders should be ashamed.
The word I keep hearing a lot these days is “ashamed.” So many people are ashamed of this company and what it is become, and are wishing well to their colleagues when they at last escape to greener pastures!
The McKinsey acolytes must have suggested the need for a VP of Pricing.
There were also layoffs at all levels across Finance, probably done on Friday to have them on the books for Q1 and to avoid paying severance at the new pay rates effective Apr 1.
Lots of departures across the board once bonus payouts were doled out. Lots of people were waiting. More will leave in the coming months as part of that and due to poor raises. TR is not competitive in the market when it comes to compensation.
