Why people all over internet saying, its all by design.
- One report says if minimum wages for h1b raised to $150k, within first 6 months 20 millions jobs open up for US citizens on US soil. Why Administration is not doing that but keep wasting time in stupid enforcement with so many loop holes. if minimum wages raised, 99% problems would have been solved by now. It's way easier to solve remaining 1% using enforcement not other way around.
To change minimum wages for h1b, no new rule required. just 30 days notice suffice from DOL but nothing done.
All problem is in the third party consulting work which can be easily fixed by joint employer rule and remove independent contractors. This doesn't require new law just publishing rule for 30 days and done. Biden publish rule and kept delaying till lost election big way.
Why B1/B2 allowed for h1bs' to stay in USA and keep flooding market where it just require 30 seconds to post guidance on USCIS website. B1/B2 was never allowed for job interviews etc. Until Biden admin change guidance by posting article on USCIS website. same can be reverted but nothing done after 1 plus year by current admin.
Digital fees or license or tariff purposely not applied to software's and offshore work. it just require commerce secretory to issue guidance and done. but nothing done on that side.
this is all by design and people are wasting time here to post comments etc... Its all about donors who pored money to election campaigns.
Some people are stuck oversees because they couldn’t get their visa renewed. We’re paying USD rates for them to keep working for us abroad, but for how long?
@bw exactly. These people are vile and has no morals . At will means you dont have to give a reason so why go to the extreme of altering ratings to give the appearance an employee is doing poorly. Other than getting away from paying merit and even severance. Then RV can get on more videos on LinkedIn saying look at what i did blah blah so much savings blah blah
rampant employee exploitation pattern should be reported to dept of labor and local senators. Employment at will does not mean implementation of unethical and aggressive practices designed for intentional down ranking of employees to avoid paying rightful severance or cause psychological abuse.
When the government finally steps in and says no more. In the meantime, us americans are sc--wed.
