It's a company that demoralizes it's staff and manages through fear.
Understandable. It's the PepsiCo Way. Focus on taking care of yourself. The company doesn't see any of its workforce as human beings. If you're laid off, you'll be quickly forgotten. Never given a second thought. If you're retained, you'll need to work harder, become more compliant and keep your mouth shut. Find a new job. It's worth it.
