Severance for employees who are laid off

I decided not to wait for them to tell me that I am no longer needed and I left this place. I am pretty sure that I made a good decision. I'm interested in how generous was the severance pay for those who were laid off?

They talk a lot but improve very little

POLS update

Layoffs throughout Recruitment Services today. It didn't matter if they improved performance, they cut staff after a massive hiring increase 4 months ago. Morale was sh-t and this adds more fuel to the fire.
