What customer in their right mind would consent to having their voice and likeness recorded by a corporation in the AI, Chatgbt world we live in?

Gong is the ultimate micromanager tool presented as a useful tool for reps. I’m not sure how it will work with field reps not having strong internet connections or good battery power on their laptops. It seems more useful for inside reps.
Gong is a joke. Reps should be outraged and completely rebel. We already know a few reps who were piloting who just totally staged conversations.
What's Gong? Spying technology?
