My mental health has taken a nose dive by working at this company and weirdly I wasn’t included in the recent round of MIX layoffs and I actually was hoping that I would be. I’m talking to a psychiatrist about FMLA at some point for mental health and I’m wondering if anyone’s had experience with that and found that when they came back to work that they just ended up getting laid off anyway and or should I just try to gather my notes and ask for a package?

@106 Way too much touchy feely required at T-Ho-o
@106 You're casting dispersions on the Blue Haired Vegans, they deserve some scorn as well. I'm all in for meat based plant substitutes as well as combustion over electric powered vehicles.
@vf it’s ‘tree hugger’ dum--ss, learn to at least use the right insults.
@vf Kansas City has the largest percentage of unsheltered homelessness per capita.

Of course, respond that OP is not KC.
@q7 Boo Hoo! Poor little PNW bunny hugger lacks faith in anything they cant put their delicate hands on. Face it, what passes for normal in the Seattle area is a metal illness anywhere else. Let's all be different and counter culture all together with our trendy 9 dollar coffee and herds of homeless.
@pp Since when do educated people have to have blue hair? Stop believing in children’s stories and try critical thinking as an adult. Religion is often very toxic and preys on the weak minded.
@kk aww did the little atheist get their little feelings hurt from a post on an anonymous site?? 😂
@fy "...pray often." To which Gawd? There are so many to choose from. Besides, Organized Religion is more Toxic than T-Mobile.
@OP Work from home 4 days a week.
Managers that you can be friends with and confide in is mixed. If u are needing time off, then I’d recommend filing for FMLA, get some time off to think things through. Pray often and when you get back, you will find your answers. FMLA or not if you get picked, you get picked. Don’t live worrying about what you can’t control.
@ed ooh tell me more…what was it like when you came back before getting laid off? And was it for mental health?
@ed Good way to get put on a list is to use your FMLA. T-Mobile just HATES having to pay you to not work, even though it's a federal law. I'd say go on FMLA. Yesterday.
I took FMLA for two months from April to Jun in 2025. I was laid off in Aug 2025. Was told it wasn’t because I took FMLA, but no doubt it was a contributing factor. I had better performance reviews than my colleague with the same title, but was paid less, and they let me go and kept the colleague. I saw go FMLA and if you get lucky it will mark you as the next to be let go in the next round of layoffs.
You can't, you can try talking to your boss but they can just use it as an excuse to sc--w you over before next bonus and treat you like cr-p
