Should I give 2 week notice before or after RSUs vesting date in order to get the RSUs?
- currently the RSUs vesting date is 3/15

His the Besting date, let those settle, then sell and give 3 business days for your trade to settle, move the cash/
SEC determines the settlement timing, not your employer. Hence the delay.
Personally, I wait until everything clears and the cash is in my bank account.
I don't trust the bank to do right by me. They never have.
@hc mine that were sold on 3/2 finally showed on my account today but not ready to be transferred into my BOA account.
Crazy how it takes a year to vest, 5 days to sell, another 2 days to be available.
@h7 For 3/1 vesting, I did not see my transaction completed and reflected on ML until morning 3/5. I would wait several days later after 3/15. As one person posted, end of March would be safer.

@cz thanks!!!! the reason I ask is due to I want to leave as soon as possible and still get my RSUs vested........can take this place anymore
