@OP if I understand you correctly, you are shopping 🛒 at the Market and you are frustrated because you’ve got 16 items but the Express Line forbids items over 15.

Stankey watched a you tube video that talked about market based vs loyalty based. His takeaway was that we should get rid of the old people and hire folks who have no incentive to stay beyond 6-12 months.
