Early move to Edmonton?

To make the transition smoother for employees and out of the kindness of their hearts, the MC is going to let Calgary people move to Edmonton early. How thoughtful and considerate of them.

I’m sure it has nothing to do with growing concern about number of Calgary employees who are actively looking to find a different employer in Calgary before 2028 comes around… No it must be how much they care about us!!!

@a4 if I put myself in the shoes of someone moving, I could see a scenario with this that I find the house I want and sell favorably that I would be open to that idea. Not moving but could see a scenario

@f6 it's quite a common divide and conquer narrative. Instead of blaming top management for making d-mb and stup1d decision, many people shift blame to DEI, immigrants and other borderline communities. As if any if these would happen without the WHITE MALES at the top of the house making selfish and shirt sighted decision to ensure their bonus and RSU staying fat.

@ea what does Edmonton move ahev anything to do with DEI? Are you just low key racist while pretending to be a good little soldier?

Once again management is way out of touch! More worried about DEI and hiring minorities. If you don’t believe it, look around. Ship is sinking fast! Wait until the benefits changing in December. Then of course the changing of the favourable popular EADS system! Wow

Management is really leaning into this one... when in doubt, double down.
