One of the reasons that Franklin Templeton employees about to be laid off got shifted to service Heritage clients is because the staffing was so poor in the face of more incoming calls, FIS clients such as Victory Funds were unhappy with the hold times and delays in service. This is why FT took back their calls. The question is rhetorical: are there any happy clients out there?

@gc Certainly you can go. Not sure what you would get by repeating that thousands of times. If a company sc--ws you, the best place to vent is court. FIS is a mix of different products, and while your vent is legitimate, venting in general is ki-ling your arguments in the first place.
The real question is what do you want to achieve? Venting the outcome is a relief if done once. If repeated, it is a bigger frustration for you than for readers.
@eg let's use the Franklin Templeton experience as an example beyond the initial post. As listed, elsewhere, employees were told to expect to be laid off and receive severance. This was explicitly told many times until as early as Tuesday of this week. One employee had executed their plan to retire and move closer to family. Their home is under contract to be sold. The next day, they are advised of the transition to Heritage. The severance which was a critical part of their plan disappears. How mad would you be? Would you feel the need to vent about that? Multiply that over and over.
@eg where do you suppose this kind of "vent and hate" comes from. There have been so many examples of serious problems. The reports about lay offs are wrong then? Your experience may be different, however, it cannot be happening in a vacuum.
@dq No, it is not. Of course, there are bad experiences and frustrated customers. But going to the other extreme that everything is a disaster, nobody is happy, just illustrates missing any analysis of the authors. Just vent and hate.
@dd why? You think that all of this is made up? If you are an employee, you have not seen any of this happen around you. Your experience at FIS is pristine? Please share.
Another BS post. Of course there are happy customers; how will the company get 10B revenue growing over years by blackmailing?
I hate to go against the grain, but all of our clients are happy.

Rhetorical or not... no, there are no happy clients and all have issues with 1 or more aspects of the FIS 'experience'.
