Thread regarding Cigna layoffs

I have zero doubts there will be more lay offs, Cigna has made that a pattern. They care more about their eshares than the people who hold the company together.

Most senior managers and even many directors know little to nothing at all about who is getting let go or when. Ask me how I know that ;)

@c3 unfortunately the senior managers don’t even know until it is happening and they are given HR scripts to buy time just in case. If they can lay off Doug Nemecek without his prior knowledge - trust and believe your senior manager is feeding you an HR script.

Yes, until the last American worker is gone. No need to stop at IT, they now understand the business and can easily learn the legal. Imagine how much Cigna can save when they realize that they can also offshore low and middle management. Heck, they can offshore just bands 6-8 and save 10s of millions every year.
