What happens when India and Mexico realize they have cornered the market on US jobs and demand salary increases? Will PepsiCo shift to another country to get cheaper labor while yet again losing all business knowledge? Leadership doesn’t value the employees who know the business.

It'll be increasing. Next couple years 3,000+ jobs will be moving to GCC centers

If you are in production touching equipment or delivering, you are good. If you are in a back office you are more replaceable. Like any company now. Didn't you get the memo?
