With Ford giving away their vehicles for free, this would eliminate Ford having to deal with Recalls which is like flushing good money down the old toilet. With no more responsibility for recalls, this would turn into an instant cash cow for Ford.

That's ridicule. I heard once years ago that Ford made a 30% profit on replacement parts, which makes sense.

The average FCSD (Ford Customer Service Division) markup for replacement parts is 1200% i.e. 12 times supplier price.
Henry Ford said as much 100 years ago.

Dealers are marking up their services too. It cost me $150 for an oil change for my F-250 this last time.
Ford already marks up their parts 900%. Profits buddy.
