Layoffs have been making their way into the department, and there keeps being talk that Platinum Service Leads are next amongst coworkers. Management is also really pushing for us to prove we are busy. Just wanted to put it out there and see what people have been hearing.

What roles in operations? I’ve been told over and over we’re safe, managers or cms? I haven’t heard of anyone, but have been way more firing past six months than typical.

When you asked what we were hearing, I don't know what to believe anymore. Some days I feel like I'm part of some big psychological experiment.
Our senior leadership told us directly that our Org is safe for this year (but no guaranteeing 2027, I guess).
Our managers are telling us that because we are front facing we are safe.
Client is front facing and they're being affected I hear.
Makes me wonder if our leaders are telling us what we want to hear when really all bets are off.
Most of us are just trying to make it through the day and go home to our families at night.
thought the whole point of project butterfly was to transition U500 to manila. scs will be first to go then in the next few years.
