Confirmed today by SVP in town hall that customer center group for one of the biggest clients will go away. They are taking it back like some other posters mentioned. Plan is for it to go back in May 2026. Big loss.

Just to be clear, just because it is a big client for the FT BPaaS group, doesn’t mean it is a big client for FIS.
Nothing like finding out you’re loosing your job in a town hall. That’s how my group found out as well. So much transparency (eye roll)
