Meh. When I was cut I couldn't have told you my job title if you offered me $1m. And was 50/50 of LOB. (Control Management)

@OP your LOB cannot be CLT. if you really work here you'd know what the identifiers for LOB are.

@af wrong. Totally incorrect. 12/15.

So 60 days from 10/16/25 puts you at 12/15/25 which is the requirement to be considered employed for 401K purposes. So anyone let go after 10/16/25 should be fine to get their match because you just have to be employed as of 12/15/25 and then the match gets paid out on the last business day of the year.

I told everyone that there would be no meaningful info posted about today's layoffs, yet everyone is in here asking for more information.

And I got downvoted mercilessly for that.

actually, per the matching benefits details which you can easily lookup you must be an employee on record as of 12/15, the match will then usually go into your account the last business day of the year although they don't give that exact date, just indicate as soon as possible, but since they changed the match the yearly has been last day of year. if you are on non working notice 12/15 you are considered an employee and qualify for the match.

I was given noticed on Dec. 10 last years. At Dec. 31 I was on non-working notice. I DID receive my 401k match.

@ab To get the 401K Match you MUST be in seat as of 12/31/25. The only exception is if you are 65 or older- WF is forced to give you the 401K match, even if you have been laid off. I confirmed this with the displacement team

I was given the ticket to ride (60 day notice). My manager read from script. Confirmed my mailing and email addresses. Asked if I had any questions. Asked that I set my out of office. That was it…done in 12mins. Peace

huh? 60 days from today is after 12/15 so if you get laid off today you will get 401k match if you have been contributing this year. Two weeks ago was a different story, but not today. 10/28 + 60 = 12/27

@a9 what math sorcery is this? 60 days from today isn't after 12/15? Your joking right? Anyone laid off today will still get their 401k match.

2 days shy of getting scre**d on 401k match is not something I'd wish for (60 days is 2 days short of meeting 12/15 employment requirement). 😬

If you're hoping for the package, I hope you get it. If you're not, I hope it's a meeting to tell you which of your coworkers are out and which of their projects you'll need to get up to speed on. Good luck!
