Our COO apparently confirmed a re-org, which we all know means layoffs are coming in Tech.
We are already struggling to make roadmap objectives with the resources currently. So what do we think? Will they go after more IC’s or start removing layers of Director, Senior Directors, and VPs?

My take is all expensive resources would be impacted regardless of what work they are doing.
