Those impacted in Caleb’s org - were you told that it is strictly due to your location? Any other reasons given?

You can’t just live in or move to Dallas and not produce. If you are doing the bare minimum and not performing, you will be targeted
It wasn’t just location or performance. Dallas employees were impacted and so were some high performers. Some was due to location, some was just your role was eliminated.
Only "ringers" were affected.

Yes, it was a hub vs non hub location. My manager told me that while we had lunch.
