She said she was implemented AI into her workflows… oh really? Give me 1 example of how you’re doing this
Also, I like how Mike avoided the question about AI taking jobs. He refused to specifically say if AI would or would not take jobs

Do you really need Mike to tell
you that AI is going to take jobs? Good grief, crawl out from under the rock your living under.
Everything told by the leaders in the town hall is a gospel. Focus on client, own issues, eliminate cumbersome internal processes, become efficient and embrace AI. One doesn’t need to become perfect in order to use AI. You can also use AI to become perfect.
I thought she did a good job and acknowledged people need help. But this board is for bi--hing and moaning. Mike and the new leaders coming in are far and away higher integrity than the corrupt b-m that left the company in this shape. Give them a chance.
Why would AI not take any jobs? That would frankly be silly. It shouldn't take good engineering roles. But that is not the whole company.
@a3 terrible - I couldn’t even understand what she was trying to say- how did we even hire her - looked at her background she just worked in well set environments - she is not a fire fighter - only message is work on the tickets - work on old request - clients are waiting - freaking they don’t understand that the soul of the business was taken away in last few years - would need more than keep client happy by solving the tickets - what a d-mb message
We can’t do basic things here and are ready to turn everything over “to AI”. Fu--ing clusterF in the making.
