We will be no exception. Make sure you're prepared for when it happens, because this will be one situation when finding something new will be nearly impossible, with all the workers flooding the job market.

It's unfortunate the amount of cuts going on related to AI -- Microsoft, Meta, Wix, Block, Cisco, Intuit, Cloudflare, Atlassian, Coinbase, HP, Salesforce, Snap, Kyndryl, etc. -- even for many companies after announcing excellent/healthy quarterly performance.
Wow we've gone from Layoffs to RIF (Reduction in Force) to now shifting to AI focus - they're calling it Workforce Rebalancing.
A lot of these companies though will expand a lot but then will contract a lot when needed. I just hope it won't affect HCSC nearly as much as we've seem to have taken a more conservative and measured approach to hiring. In fact in IT/IS there's been a huge slow down in hiring and in many areas there I haven't any new hires from start of 2025 thru today. Yes there's been a few rare hires but barely noticeable. There's also been key personnel gone without any backfills.
The AI rollout has been a dud in IT for both QA and BA departments. I highly doubt your leading edge is anywhere near what you are claiming. It is a hindrance at best and a complete waste of time at worst.
@OP Absolutely. Just like the Copilot rollout, things are occurring quietly, then when ready the rollout by department will be massive. I’m part of an area that’s been on the leading edge of changes, hope others understand what is and will happen.
Give me 6 months of severance and 18 months of paid healthcare like Meta recently did and I’ll go quietly into that long night lol
