When you leave WF, do they pay out unused PTO and personal holidays.

Not personal holidays, so always be sure to use those first each year.
One note is that Wells will actually request you pay them back if you have a negative accrued balance at time of termination. (It seems though they just black list you from future hiring if you don’t it..) Some additional incentive to burn your personal holidays first

Yes, you will be paid for carryover and only accrued for 2026 ( which would be 1 month's worth)
What about carry over PTO? I am in a state where I can only carry over 40 unused hours and they must be used by March 15. If I give notice on Feb 1, will they pay that out as well? I do not see that addressed in Teamworks.

Always always always burn your personals first. Go back and edit your prior PTO days taken this year if you have any.
