For example: I have 20 days PTO for 2022. If I quit tomorrow, will I get 4 months worth of PTO paid on my last paycheck? (20/3 = approximately 6 extra days of pay)

Health care benefits end at the end of the month you leave. Always leave at the beginning of a month if you can.
Something I haven't been able to find - how long is your health insurance good for after you leave?
Is it active for the remainder of the month you leave or just through 2 weeks after your last paycheck?
FYI - PTO for the month is allocated on the first day of the month. So if your last day is May 2nd, they also pay out all your unused vacation time from May.
Yes on your last paycheck you’ll either get PTO payout or they’ll deduct for the PTO you took.

Only what has been accrued. You can see what you have accrued on teamworks in HR center. There’s is an absence balance chart .
Pto is paid out but floating and personal holidays are not. Always use those first. Was like this at every company I worked at.
you could look in the employee manual. Any unused accrued pto will be paid when you leave
Always burn community service/floating holidays first. PTO should be used last as they will pay for all accumulated time if you leave the firm.

Nope, why should you get paid for that when you leave? Just leave slacker and stop looking for handouts.
Only what has accrued & is remaining when you quit. Personal Holidays, if remaining, are not paid out.
