@2tv That’s weird…because someone on one of these threads said only two (2) people were RIF’d.
I am speaking sarcastically, of course. I agree with you that many many people have been either laid off or pushed out of the organization the last couple of years. And this is occurring amongst all of the health insurance corporations.
Leadership just doesn’t want it to be largely known. And most employees are just trying to keep their head down and hope they will be fine. And for those who are pushed out, those that were very good workers and understood the business really well, nobody went to bat for them.
I happen to be one of those. To those good people still there, I wish them well. But for those who are just self serving, only thinking of themselves and lacking empathy or sympathy for others, well, I have no mercy for you.
That second group I speak of are probably still there because they are “yes” people that kiss up to leadership and take credit for other people’s hard work.
