Noble employees received the normal $100 we always have gotten. GUESS WHAT Rosetta former employees received $500!!!!! Why are we getting treated differently. Aren't we suppose to be ONE HAPPY COMPANY

Rosetta acquisition is looking better and better! Don't worry about that extra $2 billion of debt service. We will just layoff more people! No worries. That is some "break through thinking".

All the A players are gone, only the B and C players (breakthrough thinkers) are left at Noble and these players resume is not marketable even with this job market.

I have called Noble HR as well as the unemployment office and have gotten no answers. So I must ask how long are people waiting to start collecting unemployment and will the severance impact unemployment benefits?

Noble is a great company to work for and I trust the judgement of the management, they have only let go the incompetent bunch to save the deserving ones. Remember you are not the only ones getting let go, look around and wake up.
