Microsoft hides layoffs by using "re-orgs" and staff reductions after performance review cycles....this way they can avoid WARN notices.

I was part of a group of thousands laid off January 2016. The entire Yammer group got the axe 1900+. My old position was filled by an #H1B

Which means it won't be reported for another 60 days or so. I do know at least 2 personally.
