Stealth layoffs are happening at Microsoft. My job in Enterprise Services was eliminated along with many others. There has been almost no information shared on this round of lay offs and how it fits within the overall strategy. My guess is that there are more changes coming to Services sales.

I know at least 3 of my colleagues got let go from MSIT yesterday, again this is let go, not layoff, therefore no severance package. Also heard a big re-org is coming so more people will be cut!

Standard procedure these days. Corporations are desperately trying to hide all their layoffs and the media/government is helping.
We are in a stealth recession that the powers that be dont want the public to know about while they report BS statistics about how great the economy is.
