Lots of good staff at Manulife, but no amount of good or great staff will stop a sinking ship. Grab your life jackets and get in the rafts. Short of a big leadership change, it's your best option.

It is very evident they are not practicing any E&E recommendations at the ML executive level. Might be an easier thing to buy into if Paul L and Donny walked the walk and talked the talk.
