Thread regarding Manulife Financial Corp. layoffs

Now I see slow and gradual move as some really good employees resigned in shot period… only number of small layoffs instated of big one. Outsourcing friends in IT told me that they are instructed that have couple of months (6 to 8 months) to learn the system. Doesn't mean that Manulife employees will get layoff but Manulife might give them new roles.
