Anonymous, your candid perspective is appreciated and probably generally correct. Hopefully you are able to secure a role with a more progressive organization which operates with greater transparency, values and integrity. I think Manulife will still be around in spite of the betrayal of leadership you herald. It probably has many honest, dedicated staff who want nothing more than things to be better, and as diligent caring workers they will make things better. The downside to having good workers is that the bad leaders will take credit for their successes.
