Thread regarding Manulife Financial Corp. layoffs

Isn't Paul Rooney (aka Andy Rooney the deceased comedic commentator from 60 Minutes) responsible for the E&E program. He should get his ass kicked if the program is not meeting the stated objectives. Or is this just another example of the how the Manulife executive leadership are the laughing stock of Bay Street for their incompetence and disregard for shareholders (by not doing the things E&E are supposed to do). It is a shame that the E&E program is such a sham. The only thing that really gets affected are the people that have to do the work without receiving the guidance, and vision that they deserve from Andy Rooney and the boys. Other than that token woman leading the Canadian operation it still looks like an old boys club at Manulife. "You stroke mine and I'll stroke yours ...."
