Major reorg announcements coming next week

I hear that next week there will be announcements of some major reorgs and possibly info about further layoffs. This would be the case at least for PEG. Does anyone have more details?

ERP Process - it worked out well

Besides the obvious rush to get high performing, but highly paid employees out it has gone without a hitch. All pay, pension, stock, quarterly bonus, Retirement gift, and medical went without a hitch.. Maybe I'm only one of a chosen few.
