VSP will increase H1B headcount

When you offer VSP it favors non H1B with more flexibility. If you thought Intel was an H1B shop before just wait until next year.

2 weeks and about 6 applications.

I’m about 99% sure I’m safe. But figured I’d test the waters. It took two weeks and 6-8 applications, and I have two second interviews already. If you think you’re going to get gone, start looking now before 7000 other people are competing for the... — read more

I can Relate

I was laid off by HPE around seven years ago. It was the same dog and pony show that you guys are going thru with upper management. I really enjoyed working with all of the great folks at intel Austin over the years.

There should ISP only

No VSP. Years ago they gave me VSP and then when I did not take it did ISP. I could not believe what they did. Now years later, I'm still at the top of my game and earning much more. These fools did not know how to spot talent in my case. But I... — read more

BU impacted?

Anyone have inside knowledge of what BUs are impacted?

Indians on H1Bs are NOT to Blame!!

You know they're not the problem, right? If you're so angry about H1B's and job outsourcing, write your congressman and ask them to sponsor bills to limit how many H1B's or jobs US companies can use. It's not Indians who are the problem, it's the... — read more

Great Place To Work
