Goodwill is an abstract value that is included in book value. Includes brand value and so on. You think the market cares about Intel’s goodwill account?
Tangible book is ~$16 or so. Assets only, no IP.

We also have $50 billion of debt and several billions in liabilities. Our tangible book value is actually much smaller.

Depends on the overall market. If we enter a bear market we can get there in a month. In a bull market we would get there in six months.
