I'm tired of waiting and speculating. I keep refreshing this page every few minutes. The leadership is brave enough to get rid of thousands of people behind closed doors but they're too cowardly to come out, face us, and tell us what's going on. That is a complete leadership failure, in my opinion.

#OP+1i01pbl7 said it best about communication - " ...It's one of the most pathetic, ungrateful and cowardly acts I have ever seen in corporate world."
Nobody should expect any communication at this point from anybody in O leadership, This was a clear decision on their part to go silent.
You'll never hear a thing about it. Try bringing it up at an all-hands. This is how it has always been.
Agreed. I've also never seen a company so uneager to cut the cord either. I signed my separation agreement on Monday and since then, it's felt like nothing has happened.
You'd think with a few months since AK's ouster that they would have done a better job of preparing.
