Mine got reported several years ago. I met with a rep from associate relations/hr privately at a coffee shop in a mall several times so she could take down all of my statements. I had proof on my phone of his harassment and I had witnesses. It got to the point where he would poke me in the chest and push me into corners of offices screaming at me that he owned me and I worked for him. He would send me inappropriate text messages with pictures. He would make fun of me openly at group meetings with my peers. I was informed that the only way to get me away from the situation was to put me in a different job. I got pulled out of my job and he didnt??? I wound up leaving my nice cushy district job for a senior store management position. He wound up getting an annual district award that same year. 2 years later our district got realigned and he wound up being my boss. I went to HR about the situation and they said there was nothing they could do for me. That they weren't going to pull him out of my job and there were no equivalent positions to my job close to my location so if I wanted to be reassigned I'd have to relocate or drive up to 2 hours away. This guy wound up leaving post it notes on my desk letting me know how horrible of a personality he thought i had. He would troll me somehow on facebook and take screen shots of me at parties and question me about them behind closed doors while giving me my annual review. How is this even ok??? At least he lost his job 2 years ago so I guess karma catches up. But now I'm out of a job this years so.....

#metoo.....so glad that a certain male executive is no longer with the company.
#metoo oracle edition
#metoo. I was s-xually pursued by a supervisor at an ai campus, When a round of layoffs came the supervisor was allowed an extended vacation out of the country as I was given a Hobson's choice of fighting for a position or taking a severance. Then not only did the "executives" not protect me, they didn't even know what I taught on the local campus. They also didn't care if I went public, and hired an expensive outside law firm to defend the lying supervisor, and finally gave me nothing more than the standard severance. These people are unethical slime and to expect anything to change is a joke.
Internal investigation in Texas over harassment coverups
HR, Directors, trainers and former FMs being investigated regarding coverups of harassment that took place over past years in Texas. Finally the company is investigating why these complaints were ignored. Former FMs who helped cover up investigations against DMs etc. This could lead to additional terminations. It’s about time! #metoo
And then there is MH - the poster boy of the #metoo movement.
Oracle is so perfectly positioned for the 2018 election - to help Republicans lose it! Well done 3 Stooges, the perfect team at the perfect time!
I'm waiting. Don't jump on a #MeToo bandwagon with a mask on and think you don't have to prove it. Allegations like this need to see the light of day, as every time it happens now it is because of your lack ok responsibility to report. It's in YOUR hands now.
#metoo, come out from under the desks and tell everyone about all the harassment at COP.... it is bad in many areas..... Oilsands and other remote locations are notorious for s-xual abuse.
The victims at Aflac are more often the ones demoted or blackballed while the predator is protected. Not fake news @QuUJjqJ-1hmo. The original post is so true...and those of who need our jobs don't have the luxury of removing the mask because the culture protects the abusers.
As a former long term GE employee who was "eliminated", I can tell you the fear is real. I lost my job to a "pet" who was (and still is) riding a leader's coat tails. Many in the org (and even outside) know who they are and the rumors that go with their promotions. It will be interesting to see if #METOO stories come out now that jobs are getting hit too.
To those of you who have devoted your careers to making the moves and sticking with GE, I assure you, there is life after GE. Yes, it is scary and uncertain. Yes, change is hard. Yes, who wants to start over at this stage? I know I am just words on a page but I know for a fact there are good jobs outside of GE and life is better with out it. Aren't you worth it?
There is a real kool aid effect at GE. IMO, there is an imaginary pride and even arrogance that starts at the very top of each of the businesses. If they are so good, why is the stock in the toilet? The c---y attitudes, the swagger, the endless spending, the image, the clothes, the cars.....frankly, the working employee now resents these leaders. Back in the day when GE was kicking butt, this was acceptable and maybe even legitimate. GE WAS once the best of the best. They produced and attracted some of the best business leaders in the world. I am not convinced that is still the case. The quality of management that I worked with toward the end of my career there was based on one thing: Who do you know? It was not based on performance, results, seniority, potential, or impact to work that was being done. Jobs were "eliminated" so friends and "pets" could ride the gravy train off the backs of those who had experience and built the organizations. The management I knew kept their "pets" and they are still there and that is why this company is in the state it is in. Where have all the quality people gone? They have self respect and find other jobs.
There are many smart and talented people in the rank and files at GE. There is a can do attitude unlike anything I have seen again. People were once super charged and made things happen. I made the moves, more times than I wanted to. I ran with the tap on the shoulder and relocated my family because I was told this is what was needed to advance. The trouble is there are/were some very big egos who were all flash and swagger. Now they just pull into the parking lots into their reserved spaces in their company owned cars and hide in their offices watching their own investments all day. The last business I was in the empire had no clothes. So, if you decide to stay, good luck.

#metoo FM. Reported.
To the poster who guessed Fuhu. LOL. There was literally an Inc. Magazine article about how the toxic culture at Fuhu led it into bankruptcy. RF once publicly berated an employee for getting pregnant without getting his approval first. It happened right before the acquisition so Mattel swept it under the rug and made him an SVP! MattHell culture does not care about #metoo.
#metoo not FM but another high level exec who used to work at corporate
Nothing new here - give us real news of layoffs not just this crap - there’s s-xual harassment in EVERY company
EXACTLY, that's the problem! I have worked for many, many years. S-xual harassment has gotten much worse in recent years. It's time for a course correction. #metoo

So many stories of #metoo at Verizon. We need to come forward and change the harassing culture that is so prevalent in retail! Why doesn’t HR or leadership care? Why do they cover up complaints? We need to unite and allow our voice to be heard that we will not take the harrasment. Post your story on FB! Go to the press!!
