What if its the summer equinox after the mid year election on a Tues and I’m on vacation leave. If they send out a notice on a Wednesday before that Tues. how am I affected? Do I get extra pay or am I penalized? I’ve read the handbook and I don’t see a section that covers this.

Curious if anyone has heard of severance changes starting next year. Employee Handbook isn't available until January 1st.
