Most knew long ago that it is impossible to expect anything good and that layoffs are inevitable sooner or later. So I hope the cuts didn’t catch anyone unprepared. Glad I jumped the ship when I did.

Dysfunctional Management Unfortionatly the silence of GA management speaks volumes: No Confidence: No Vision No Future No Work

Linden confirmed it at the town hall yesterday. A big part of that reason is because so many people have voluntarily left already. There is no need for a lay-off.

GA Management does not care about you. Those that survived the layoff, your managers will guilt trip you to Alaska. Upgrade that resume and find something better!

The workforce at GA is shrinking rapidly. A positive that may come out of this is no layoffs are needed. Upper management is going to have to catch this falling kn--e at some point.

It's happened before that work slowed down a bit, but this time it's different. I personally feel better when deadlines loom and work is flying at me. Not a good sign, is it?

Wow! Just hired a new person and they leave before 60 days has passed! Couldn’t deal with company culture or work environment. People leaving sooner and sooner!

Glad to know GA is keeping up with inflation for their annual wage hikes… not.
